What data we use

When you book a ride by phone, WhatsApp, email or the form on this website, we use the details you give us: name, phone number, email, pickup and destination, date and time, flight number, number of passengers and your note.

The booking form on this website does not store anything. It only prepares a message that you send yourself through WhatsApp or your email program.

Why we use it

Only to answer your request, agree the price and carry out the ride (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and to keep the records required by Croatian tax and accounting law (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

How long we keep it

Messages about a ride are kept as long as needed to carry it out and resolve any questions afterwards. Invoices are kept for the period required by law.

Who sees it

Only us and the driver of your ride. We do not sell or give your data to anyone else. Messages travel through the services you choose to contact us with (for example WhatsApp or your email provider).

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what data we have about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its use. Write to info@taxi-transfers-umag.com. You can also file a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, azop.hr).
